Prices are fixed prices and per piece/page. If you request shipping, we will be happy to inform you of these costs. We ship via DHL and always with a tracking number. If shipping via a shipping company, we will send you the order number.

All goods are insured up to 500 euros. If you would like a higher insurance value, please let us know BEFORE delivery and we will then quantify the costs for the increased insurance value according to DHL or the freight forwarder.

An increased insured value does not automatically result from a higher sale of over 500 euros; we insure according to the current minimum value according to DHL and/or the freight forwarder.

Note: Unfortunately, we CANNOT determine or promise colors or color codes for spare parts. This information is usually missing for spare parts and we apologize for this.

The photos in the advertisements may differ in color from the replacement parts supplied, please always see the photos as SAMPLES.

We only sell used spare parts and these may show signs of wear, they are not NEW PARTS.

All prices and agreements are only valid in written form in the ad chat. Verbal promises or agreements can therefore never be seen as binding and are not part of the purchase.

An order is only binding for us when we have received the purchase price in full and the goods are still in stock at this point.

If there is a sale before payment has been received, you have the option of requesting the goods back at the agreed purchase price as a later delivery or the entire purchase price paid.

If we realize that the part you paid for cannot be delivered in the near future, we will issue a credit note and return the amount to you.

Compensation for damages due to parts sold in the meantime is excluded, but the purchase will be reversed in the form of a refund of the full purchase price without any deductions and therefore 100% to the customer.

The purchase contract is not concluded simply by simply paying the purchase price, rather the final purchase takes place as a contract with the dispatch of the goods. Until before dispatch, the purchase is non-binding for both parties and can be canceled by both parties without incurring any separate costs.

Regarding CANCELLATION, we refer to the legal text which you received as a message in our first answer to your inquiry in the chat (open inquiry).
